The mansion, built in 2022 and fully fenced, with pool, private parking and free Wi-Fi, offers a furnished garden where you can relax, a barbecue corner and a wood-burning stove for outdoor lunches and dinners, an olive grove and an orchard from which you can pick seasonal organic fruit.
You can admire, even with a telescope, the gorgeous summer starry sky, uncontaminated by artificial lights, you have a corner dedicated to work, can rest in the absolute silence of the countryside without renouncing the comforts of city life, taking advantage of the mild climate and fresh air of the hillside, just a few steps from the sea and the mountains.
The mansion has its own well used to irrigate the garden, thus avoiding wasting water from the public mains, a precious resource that should be cherished.
Dimora Campo delle Mura is structured on just one floor, with large windows that illuminate the rooms and allow you to enjoy the wonderful views.
It sleeps 4 up to 6 persons, and offers a living room, a very large and well-equipped kitchen with all appliances, a studio loft overlooking the living area, a double bedroom with en-suite bathroom, a twin bedroom with loft, and a shared bathroom.

SWIMMING POOL
The swimming pool is adjacent to the living area. Rectangular in shape, it measures 8 x 4m, it has a constant depth of 1.35 m and has chlorine purification. From the pool you can enjoy breathtaking views of the hills and the Adriatic coast on one side, and the mountain ranges on the other. The pool is illuminated, as is the entire area around it. The sunbathing and relaxation area by the pool, partly grassed and partly paved, is equipped with sun loungers and parasols.
