Dimora Campo delle Mura is located in Acquaviva Picena in the Marche region of Italy. It is a new villa, built in 2022, surrounded by the wonderful landscape of the Marche and Abruzzo hills, among vineyards, olive groves and wheat fields. Its outstanding location, just a few steps from the main services, near by the sea and the mountains, makes it possible to relax or work in the absolute silence of the countryside, taking advantage of the mild climate and clean air of the hills, but without giving up the comforts of city life.
The property is fully fenced with private parking, has a furnished garden where you can relax and sunbathe, a barbeque and wood-burning oven area for outdoor dining, an olive grove and an orchard from which you can pick organic fruit.
Inside, the mansion is structured on just one floor, with large windows that illuminate the rooms. It can accommodate 4 up to 6 persons, has a fully equipped large kitchen, modern appliances and free Wi-Fi.
